Our Story
Born from a Decade of Aged Care Excellence
Genesis Life Care started as a simple observation: families hiring domestic helpers and caregivers had no way to verify training quality, clinical competence, or ethical recruitment practices. Most agencies in Malaysia operate as standalone placement firms with no connection to actual care delivery.
As the operator of Malaysia's largest network of aged-care centres with over 400 care beds nationwide, Genesis Life Care Group saw an opportunity to do things differently. We founded Agensi Pekerjaan Genesis Life Care to bring the same clinical standards, training rigour, and ethical values from our care centres into the home-care placement space.
Today, every domestic helper and caregiver placed through our agency benefits from training at the Genesis Training Academy (GTA) — a programme developed by our own clinical teams covering dementia care, mobility assistance, wound management, nutrition, and more.
