Do I need an appointment to visit a branch? +
Walk-ins are welcome during business hours (Mon–Sat, 9am–6pm). However, we recommend calling ahead or sending a WhatsApp message to schedule a consultation so we can prepare candidate profiles for your review.
How quickly will I hear back after submitting the form? +
Our placement consultants aim to respond within 1 working day, usually much sooner. For the fastest response, we recommend WhatsApp — most enquiries receive a reply within minutes during business hours.
Is the initial consultation free? +
Yes, absolutely. The initial needs assessment and candidate shortlisting is completely free with no obligation. You only pay the placement fee once you've selected a candidate and decided to proceed.
Which branch should I contact if I'm outside those areas? +
We serve families across the Klang Valley, greater Selangor, and Johor Bahru metropolitan area. If you're outside these areas, contact our Klang HQ at +6012 321 0457 and we'll direct you to the most convenient option.
Can I enquire on behalf of someone else (e.g. my parents)? +
Of course. Many of our clients are adult children arranging care for elderly parents. Simply let us know the care recipient's details and needs, and we'll handle everything — including arranging consultations at a time convenient for the whole family.
