FAQ

Pricing questions answered

Are there any hidden fees beyond the placement fee?

No. The placement fee is all-inclusive — it covers recruitment, training, documentation, medical checks, insurance, and travel. The only additional costs are the ongoing employer responsibilities listed above (worker's salary, annual levy, permit renewal, etc.), which are standard government-mandated costs.

Do I need to pay the full amount upfront?

No. We offer a 2–3 instalment payment plan. Typically, you pay a deposit (30–50%) to secure your candidate and begin processing, with the balance due upon the helper's arrival.

What if I'm not satisfied with my helper?

Every placement includes a free replacement guarantee. If your helper isn't suitable, we'll find a replacement at no additional recruitment cost.

Why is the specialist care package more expensive?

Specialist caregivers require additional training in clinical areas like dementia management, post-stroke rehabilitation, or palliative care.

How does the maid transfer option work?

A maid transfer is when you take over an existing foreign worker already in Malaysia. Because there are no international recruitment or travel costs, the fee is significantly lower.

Is the worker's salary included in the placement fee?

No. The placement fee is a one-time agency fee that covers recruitment and setup. The worker's monthly salary (RM 1,500–2,800 depending on role) is paid directly by you to the worker on an ongoing basis.
