Are you a licensed agency?
Yes. We operate as Agensi Pekerjaan Genesis Life Care under a JTKSM licence. Ask us for the licence number and we will give it to you.
How long does placement take?
A transfer helper already in Malaysia is usually faster. A new overseas placement depends on permit processing — we will give you a realistic date, not a hopeful one.
Which nationalities are available?
We place Indonesian and Filipino domestic helpers. Availability of each shifts with Malaysian immigration policy, so tell us your preference and we will confirm what is genuinely open right now.
What if the helper does not suit us?
Tell us early. Our free replacement guarantee covers you, and we would rather rematch than have a household put up with a bad fit.
Can a helper also care for my parent?
Light help, yes. If your parent needs personal or medical care, that is a caregiver placement and we will say so rather than overload a domestic helper.
